BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located generally between Chambliss Street and the city limit line, and between High Ridge Road and Dallas Road. Lots 1-42, Crow's Addition to Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 2, page 7, R.O.H.C., lots 1-45, 65-79, and part of Herst ME Church tract, Highland Pines Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 11, page 36, R.O.H.C., lots 9-12, Frazier and Sawyer Tract, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 46, R.O.H.C., Lots 1-4, Sawyar Addition to Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 13, R.O.H.C., lots 1-80, Spears Subdivision of Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 1, page 27, R.O.H.C., lots 14-35, and part of lots 11-13, J.H. Said lots and parts of lots form one tract beginning at the intersection of the northeast line of Chambliss Street with the northwest line of Spears Avenue, thence northwest some 990.8 feet with Chambliss Street to the southeast line of High Ridge Road, thence with High Ridge Road, and continuing with Sawyer Street, northeast, northwest, northeast, and southeast some 2842 feet, thence crossing Sawyer Street and continuing northeast some 160 feet, thence southeast some 187 feet, thence northeast some 998 feet to the northeast line of a 14 foot alley located between Wert Street and Matlock Street, thence northwest some 25 feet with the northeast line of said alley (if extended), thence northeast 137 feet to the southwest line of Matlock Street (if extended), thence southeast some 30 feet with said extension, thence northeast, crossing Matlock Street, 231.2 feet to the Chattanooga-Red Bank City Limit line, thence southeast some 828 feet with said city limit line to the northwest line of Hamilton Ave., thence southwest some 198.4 feet with Hamilton Ave. to the southwest line of Matlock Street, thence southeast some 50 feet, crossing Hamilton Avenue, to the northwest corner of lot 6, said Crow's Addition to Hill City, thence southeast some 844.51 feet with the northeast line of said subdivision to the northeast corner of lot 31, said subdivision, thence southwest some 137 feet with the southeast line of said lot 31 to the southeast corner thereof, thence southwest some 10 feet to the intersection of the northwest and southeast lines of Louise Street, thence continuing southwest some 35 feet with the northwest line of Louise Street, thence southwest some 35 feet to the intersection of the southeast and northwest lines of Louise Street, thence with Louise Street southwest some 110.5 feet, southeast some 246.6 feet, and southwest some 104 feet, thence northwest some 147.1 feet to the northwest line of Wavery Street, thence southwest some 440.4 feet with Wavery Street to the northeast line of an unnamed 30 foot street, thence southwest 30 feet, crossing said street at a right angle, to the southwest line thereof, thence southeast some 13 feet with said street to the northwest line of a 15 foot alley, thence southwest some 521 feet with said alley to the northeast line of a second 15 foot alley, thence southeast some 110 feet with the northeast line, and said line extended, of the second alley, thence southwest 80 feet, thence southeast 60 feet to the northwest line of Dallas Road, thence southwest some 847.9 feet with Dallas Road to the southeast line of North Market Street, thence northeast some 70 feet with North Market Street to the northeast line of Peak Street, if extended, thence 352.6 feet with Peak Street to the northwest line of Spears Avenue, thence southwest 550 feet with Spears Avenue to the northeast line of Chambliss Street, the point of beginning.
